QPL is the Quantum Proof Layer for DeFi. Decentralized infrastructure that protects bridges, treasuries, validators, and DAO governance against the quantum break that is coming for every ECDSA key in the ecosystem.

Three primitives, one network:

• Threshold signatures using ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204). N-of-M quantum-resistant signing where no single operator holds the full key. HSM-backed, t−1 compromise tolerance.
• zk-STARK proofs (FRI-based, no trusted setup, quantum-resistant hash assumptions). Verifiable on-chain. Private settlement, MEV-resistant execution, computation integrity.
• Algorithmic agility. Operators serve Ed25519, ECDSA-P256, or ML-DSA-65 per request. Clean migration today, hard cutover never.

QPL is not a blockchain. It is the layer protocols on every chain call when they need a signature or a proof that survives Q-day. Open-source under MIT/Apache-2.0. Live on Solana testnet. Genesis operator cohort limited to 15 seats.

Don’t recolor the lit cells, rotate the mark, alter the bit pattern, add gradients, or place it on a busy photographic background. The bit pattern is the fingerprint. Don’t edit it.
